Forbes.Com Names Canon To "10 Companies That Are Genuinely Green" List

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., June 7, 2011 – Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging, today announced that the Company has been named by Forbes.com as one of the "10 Companies That Are Genuinely Green." Selected from a broad range of industries including mining, manufacturing and energy, Forbes cited a range of Canon environmental initiatives including its Environmental Planning Center and Environment Promotion Center at Canon Inc., which help the Company measure its environmental performance as well as the publication of its annual sustainability report in both English and Japanese.
